Guests of Kalimera Kalyves Apartment are responsible for providing correct and complete personal information required to complete the booking.

Guests will inform the property in advance about the approximate time of arrival.

Guests can cancel their reservation free of charge up to 30 days before check-in.

Cancellations between 30 and 14 days before arrival will receive a 50% refund.

For cancellations made less than 14 days before arrival, no refund can be issued.

The apartment can be booked for a maximum of 4 persons, of which at least one adult person of 21 years or older. There is no capacity for extra beds at this property.

A maximum of 3 children are allowed to stay in the apartment (with at least one adult of 21 years or older).

The apartment has 2 single beds in the bedroom and 1 double sofa bed (1,20 x 1,90) in the living room.

After making a reservation on the website, guests will receive an email with payment instructions. Guests agree to pay the full amount for their reservation within 24 hours by bank transfer. If Kalimera Kalyves Apartment does not receive the full amount within this period, your reservation will be cancelled.

Parties and other events for groups over 4 people are not allowed.

The apartment is part of a larger building and we kindly ask our guests to not cause any nuisance to other residents in the building and/or street, especially after 21:00 PM.

Pets are not allowed.

Guests will follow safety instructions in case of an emergency.

The apartment has a smoke detector, fire extinguisher and first aid emergency kit. Emergency escape routes and signs will show the shortest exits.

Kalimera Kalyves Apartment is a non smoking apartment.

Before and after any stay of guests the apartment is checked for any damages or missing items. If, by accident, any damage is caused during your stay you are obliged to inform Kalimera Kalyves Apartment immediately.

It can be very windy in Crete, therefore we kindly ask our guests to close the bedroom shutters when you are not in the apartment.

We do our utmost to offer all our guests an excellent stay. All furniture and furnishings in the apartment have been carefully selected and are tailored to accommodate up to 4 people. Guests are expected to treat the apartment with care and respect.

Kalimera Kalyves Apartment cares about the environment and we expect our guests to do the same. Towels and bed linen are changed during a stay of at least 1 week. Additional cleaning can be requested upon request and at an additional cost.

For 2025 the Greek Government has set the environmental tax to €8 per night from April 1st – October 31st and €2 per night from November 1st – March 31st. Environmental tax is included in the prices on our website.

The apartment will be delivered clean, with freshly made beds and soft towels.

For stays of 7 nights or longer, we provide a free complimentary mid-stay service: fresh bed linen and towels, and the bins will be emptied.

Our cleaning lady works for us and also for other private apartments, so we carefully coordinate her schedule. If you have any questions or requests during your stay, feel free to reach out to us. Would you like an additional cleaning during your stay? This is possible on request for a fee of €45 – we’ll be happy to arrange it for you with our cleaning lady.

Especially for remote workers or people who like to escape the cold wintertime in their own country, the apartment is available for winter let in December – January – February – March.

Guests of Kalimera Kalyves Apartment are aware of the check-in / check-out times below.

Check-in time: after 15:00 PM
Check-out time: before 11:00 AM

Early check-in or late check-out is only possible upon request and as long as this does not effect the cleaning of the apartment for arriving guests.
